Founded by Doug and Lorrie Neill in 1999, D. H. Neill Design Services is built on 40 years of Electrical Design experience in both the private and public sectors. We provide particular expertise in the underserved markets of Data Communications Infrastructure Design and Airfield Electrical and Lighting Design. Regardless of the project scope, we strive for excellence in providing a custom solution for our clients’ needs.
